Yesterday I finished kegging the fifth batch of hard cider. And now I’m force carbonating the batch for 7-10 days until the bubbles infuse with the cider. When I sampled the batch before stabilizing it tasted quite promising. I started this batch in November, and racked it to secondary fermentation in December.
