Would you? Before I go further, maybe I should provide you with context. Recently, I’d decided it was time to start selling some items that have begun collecting dust around my house. If I’m honest, I always hold onto to electronics longer than I should because I think they will be useful at another point in time. This is a delusion. Between now, when the equipment is already outdated, and when the equipment becomes vintage and profitable could be quite a wait so obviously I’m better off unloading it now unless I have unlimited storage in my house, which I do not. So I’ve embarked on the path of placing said items up for sale in the hopes of decluttering and letting them find new homes and extend their useful lives. Now here we come to the R32, along that journey I discovered a car I’ve had on my list for some time the 2004 VW R32 appeared on my local version of Letgo. So let me get this straight instead of completing the task I’d set for myself (Unloading items – divesting) I was now looking to acquire something (Unlike my plan, and bad)? Yeah, that’s what I heard my inner Mike say. Still, I was intrigued. Intrigued until I discovered it was being sold with a salvage title. Generally this means a car with that type of title or certificate may be kept, but is not cleared/legal for public road use without additional inspections/clearances/paperwork.
So now that we’ve come the long way around, would you buy a car with a salvage title, especially one on your list, and is anyone looking for a carousel style 5 disc CD player by chance?
